The Alfa Overseas HR Consultancy FZE LLC is urgently hiring an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Assistant (Field & Admin) for a prominent role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is an excellent blend of administrative management and dynamic field operations, offering great career exposure working closely with corporate executives.
## Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling the following daily workflows:
- Executive Assistance: Accompanying the Director for field visits and official business meetings.
- Digital Operations: Assisting in active social media management across corporate handles.
- Office Administration: Managing daily office operations and clerical tasks efficiently.
- Task Execution: Executing day-to-day corporate tasks and management instructions with high efficiency.
## Core Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Open strictly for Indian, Nepalese, or Philippine nationals.
- Experience Level: Freshers are welcome to apply! However, the candidate must be a quick learner with an adaptive mindset.
- Visa Status: Must hold a Valid Visa.
- Driving License: Possessing a valid UAE Driving License is a strong advantage for field operations.
## Salary Payout Package
- Monthly Base Salary: 1,500 AED to 2,000 AED (Depending upon interview evaluation and skillset).
