## Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day manual and physical labor tasks across various work sites (construction, warehousing, or general facility operations).
- Load, unload, and safely move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments.
- Follow all on-site health and safety guidelines diligently.
- Support skilled tradesmen and supervisors with general on-site tasks as assigned.
## Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; Freshers are 100% welcome.
- Availability: Candidates must be ready and available for immediate Civil Selection.
- Skills: Ability to handle physical labor, follow instructions smoothly, and work well within a multicultural team.
- Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
